Church Cabinet:

This 8 ft long cabinet is designed to seat two people at the back of a church, operating audio-visual equipment during a service. The locking tops fold up to expose the electronic equipment. The two wide columns, with locking panels, hold more equipment in drawers and shelves. The front of the cabinets has locking door panels for access to wiring.

The cabinets were made from old pews. The Douglas fir was well aged, likely from hard-to-obtain old growth. The end panels were thick, heavy oak ends of the old pews, each with a carved cross.
